Who we are
DVD Club (dvdclub.co) is operated by Dance Vibes Daily ("DVD", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at dancevibesdaily@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- List registration: first name, email, country, acquisition source, and whether you ticked marketing consent (with the time and source of that consent). Used to run DVD Club and, if you consented, to send marketing.
- Artist and brand enquiries: the details you submit, used to respond to you.
- Polls: your answers and, only if you choose to enter a draw, your email.
- Outbound clicks: when you click through to a partner we record the time, campaign and platform. No name or email is collected.
- Page views: we record which page was viewed, when, and the campaign or platform that brought you (for example an Instagram link). No name, email or cookie is involved.
Marketing consent
Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the separate consent box. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us.
Where your data goes
Submissions are processed by our automation provider (n8n), stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and, for subscribers who consent, our email marketing platform. These providers act on our instructions.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand visits and site speed. These do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
Cookies and storage
We keep campaign information (such as UTM parameters) in your browser's session storage for the current visit only, so we can tell which post brought you here. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Retention
We keep registration details while you remain part of DVD Club and delete them on request. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond. Aggregated page-view and click records contain no personal details and may be kept for reporting.
